Returns? Why on earth would you want to return your awesome Start From Scratch merch? I know, I know, you’d never do such a foolish thing. However, if you were to harbour such heinous thoughts in the dark recesses of your mind, I’m afraid to tell you that, as all items are printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges.

Unless, of course, your item arrives faulty. In such a rare case, please email hello@startfromscratchmusic.com with a picture of the damage, your order number and any other important information about your order and we will make sure someone pays! (And then return the money to you as soon as possible).

Products usually ship within 3-4 days, so please allow another day or 2 for it to arrive. We promise it will be worth the wait!
